This was a yet another event addressing urban team co-ordinators and members – Programme supervisors from all municipalities.

The purpose of such meetings is to foster experience exchange by cities and towns, build space for a joint analysis of goals, challenges, adopted activity models, and solutions concerning management, organisation, and effectiveness performance with a focus on every Local Development Plan and Investment Development Plan, all of the above key to Programme participants.

City and town representatives apart, the workshop was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, as well as advisors to municipalities, strategic advisors, and sectoral advisors to the Association of Polish Cities – as workshop moderators and attendees.

An essential part of the meeting involved a debate of day-to-day implementation issues. Topics included i.a. early annual report conclusions, and project modifications.

The remaining time was devoted to implementing the network workshop formula, all workshops delivered by Association of Polish Cities moderators.

In the course of the meeting, space was offered to all urban participants; they could suggest topics for discussion with representatives of other cities and towns, allowing joint deliberations, quests for solutions, and question asking. Discussion topics ranged from participation, entrepreneurship, project management and delivery- to public procurement, cost eligibility, bilateral collaboration, spatial policy, and other themes notified by cities and towns.
